Half Hitch Systems ("we," "us," "our") provides a lead-response service for HVAC companies. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it, including for SMS text messaging.
Information we collect
When you submit our audit request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company name, phone number, approximate monthly lead volume, and any message you include. We do not collect this information through any other means.
How we use your information
- To contact you about the audit request you submitted, including by text message (SMS) and phone.
- To generate and send an automated qualifying text message asking about your inquiry, using the details you provided.
- To follow up regarding your interest in our service.
SMS / mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing of mobile opt-in data and consent is not permitted under any circumstance, except as required to provide the messaging service itself (e.g., our SMS delivery provider, which sends messages on our behalf and does not use your information for its own marketing).
We only send text messages if you separately check the SMS consent box on the audit request form -- submitting the form or your phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. If you check that box, message frequency varies: you will typically receive one text message, and may occasionally receive a short follow-up if we don't hear back. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
Data retention and security
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide our service. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
Your choices
You may request that we delete the information you've submitted, or stop contacting you, at any time by replying STOP to a text message or contacting us using the information below.
